The Dallas Morning News (2/20, Benning) reports that yesterday, “former President George W. Bush…called for a fundamental shift in the perception and treatment of one of the country’s most high-profile military injuries: post-traumatic stress disorder [PTSD].” At a summit the former Republican President convened at the George W.
